 11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Mayomall offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option within selected delivery areas.

11.1 COD Conditions

·        Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

·        Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct payment amount is available.

·        Couriers may not carry change for large denominations.

11.2 Order Confirmation

·        COD orders may require confirmation via phone call or message before shipment.

·        Mayomall reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

11.3 Refusal of Delivery

·        If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, Mayomall reserves the right to:

o   Restrict future COD orders

o   Require prepaid payment for future purchases

o   Charge actual shipping costs incurred

11.4 Failed Delivery Attempts

·        If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
