Delivery Policy & Methods
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within:
- 🇯🇴 All major cities in Jordan (Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Madaba, etc.)
- Industrial zones and commercial areas
- Other regions upon request
2. Delivery Methods
A. Standard Delivery
- Delivery within 2–4 business days
- Available for retail and small wholesale orders
- Delivery via company vehicle or third-party courier
B. Express Delivery
- Delivery within 24 hours (Amman only)
- Additional charges may apply
- Subject to stock availability
C. Bulk / Factory Direct Delivery
- For large orders (pallets, drums, containers)
- Delivered using company trucks
- Scheduled delivery within 1–3 business days
- Coordination required with warehouse team
3. Delivery Fees
- Free delivery for orders above [Insert Amount] JOD
- Standard delivery fee: [Insert Fee] JOD
- Express delivery: Calculated based on location and urgency
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next working day
- No processing on official holidays or weekends
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must:
- Inspect products upon receipt
- Report any damage or shortage immediately
- Sign delivery note as confirmation
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Government regulations
- Force majeure circumstances
